The Story of Naaman and Nevada - Page 2

This one was written two months later, in June of 1922. Apparently, Nevada is on one of her trips.

"Sunday - 2 o'clock

Me Very Dear Gyrl,
By this time, if you have had not bad luck, you are rolling on some where near the Kaintuckee border. I 'sho' wish that it might be possible for me to be with you.
I went out with Dr. J. Phil last night and had a very good time, indeed. I have not decided yet what I shall do this afternoon and evening. I suppose I had better go see 'Our Leading Citizen' at the Newman.
After you have gone to Cherokee Park and visited 4th Street, I want you to write what you think about Louisville.
Hope you got some sleep going to St. Louis.
Tell Mable and Irwin hello for me, and tell Florentina that I am sorry that I can't have my usual Sunday afternoon argument with her. Also the same to you with (P)et xxxxx
Norman
P.S. Saw L___K.C. game this afternoon. Went out to Dr. Edmund's for dinner. Am now going to see 'Our Leading Citizen'.

Nevada hits the road heading to Louisville, and Naaman is missing her spirit. Some new characters are introduced that will probably pop up from time to time. It seems like Dr. Naaman seems likes getting under other peoples skin. In fun though, it seems.
There will be long and short letters, and the dates will tighten up; sometimes 2 or 3 on the same day. See all of you tomorrow with a longer letter.
