The Only Way Is Up

This work was taken in the Granary Burying Ground in Boston. I could not resist the color combination, and the clinging flora work behind the headstone. The Granary is the final resting place for Paul Revere, John Hancock, the Ben Franklin Family, and, Mother Goose.
The message for me - We've all had our backs to the wall in life, whereby, the only way was up. Never cease in your efforts to better yourself. Adversity is all around, granted, but all the better to test our wills to succeed, and more importantly, to live.
